My journey bridging data science with ethical computing through process mining and fairness research.

Assalamu'alaikum, I'm Rachmadita Andreswari, S.Kom., M.Kom. — a PhD Candidate in Computer Science at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, where I focus on integrating fairness into process mining algorithms. My research examines how organizational and educational processes can be made more transparent, equitable, and accountable through data-driven analysis.

I hold a Master's degree from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), where I analyzed the performance of process mining algorithms for production and material management. I'm also a lecturer (Lektor) at Telkom University, Indonesia, and had the privilege of serving as Head of the Information Systems Department.

My recent publications address fairness in online education, conformance in educational processes, and business process analysis in software development. I'm grateful to be funded by the Elsa Neumann Scholarship (Charity Foundation for Science and Art) for my doctoral research.
